Ingredients

  • 1 (17-ounce) package teriyaki chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Mandarin Marinade
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Wok Oil
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chicken-flavor bouillon granules dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Classic Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine chicken and mandarin marinade; stir to coat. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat side of wok. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add celery, carrot, onion and broth.
  3. Cover wok; cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisply-tender. Add stir-fry sauce. Cook, stirring, until heated thoroughly. Stir in cashews.
