Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey breast
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained with juice reserved
  • 1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Bangkok Peanut Sauce
  • 6 (9-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine cabbage, turkey, carrots, bell pepper, onion, pineapple, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice and the peanut sauce.
  2. Divide turkey mixture evenly among tortillas; roll up to serve.
