Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef flank or skirt steak
  • 1/2 cup House of Tsang® Hibachi Grill® Sauce Kobe Steak
  • 2 onions, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into quarters
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into quarters
  • Chi-Chi's® fajita style flour tortillas

Directions

  1. In large recloseable plastic food storage bag, combine beef and grill sauce; seal bag. Turn several times to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Prepare grill or heat broiler. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  3. Grill beef, onions and bell peppers, turning occasionally 10 minutes or until beef is medium doneness (155°F. to 160°F.) and vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
  4. Thinly slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips. Cut bell peppers into strips. Serve steak, bell peppers and onions wrapped in warm tortillas.
