Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
  • 1 pound penne
  • 1 cup (1/4-inch) diagonal slices carrots
  • 1 cup (2x3/8-inch) strips red bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely sliced red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Bangkok Peanut Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

Directions

  1. Cook penne according to package directions, adding carrots and bell pepper during last 2 minutes; drain.
  2. In large bowl, toss together penne mixture, cabbage and onions.
  3. In small bowl, stir together peanut sauce, honey and lime juice. Pour over penne mixture; stir well. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Sprinkle with peanuts before serving.
