This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
1 pound penne
1 cup (1/4-inch) diagonal slices carrots
1 cup (2x3/8-inch) strips red bell pepper
1 cup finely sliced red cabbage
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup House of Tsang® Bangkok Padang™ Peanut Sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup peanuts
Directions
Cook penne according to package directions, adding carrots and bell pepper during last 2 minutes; drain.
In large bowl, toss together penne mixture, cabbage and onions.
In small bowl, stir together peanut sauce, honey and lime juice. Pour over penne mixture; stir well. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Sprinkle with peanuts before serving.
