Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (15-ounce) jar Dona Maria® Nopalitos, drained, rinsed and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl, stir together nopalitos, cilantro, oil and lemon juice.
  3. Place snapper fillets in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with nopalitos mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until snapper is cooked through.
