Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans , drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup Peloponnese® Roasted Florina Sweet Pepper Strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Notes

  1. Serve hummus with pita wedges and cut-up fresh vegetables.

Directions

  1. In food processor bowl, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Transfer to bowl; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.
