1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans , drained and rinsed
1/3 cup Peloponnese® Roasted Florina Sweet Pepper Strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Notes
Serve hummus with pita wedges and cut-up fresh vegetables.
Directions
In food processor bowl, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Transfer to bowl; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.
