Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1/2 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Mandarin Marinade
  • 8 ounces fresh Chinese noodles
  • 2 teaspoons House of Tsang® Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Wok Oil
  • 1/4 cup House of Tsang® Szechuan Spicy™ Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions (including tops), cut into 2-inch slivers

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine pork and mandarin marinade; let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions until tender but firm to the bite; drain well. Toss with sesame oil. Transfer noodles to serving bowl.
  3. Heat wok or large skillet over high heat until hot. Add wok oil; swirl to coat side of wok. Add pork; stir-fry 3 minutes or until browned. Add stir-fry sauce; cook 1 minute longer or until heated thoroughly.
  4. Pour pork mixture over noodles. Top with carrot onions. Toss lightly to coat.
