Buy 1 package Sutton & Dodge® Beef Petite Sirloin Steaks.

In small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water, mustard and hot sauce until smooth; reserve 1/4 cup for brushing on steaks. Pour remaining sauce into small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Prepare grill for direct medium heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Brush both sides of steaks with reserved 1/4 cup sauce. Lightly oil grill rack. Place steaks on grill. Cover; grill 9 to 11 minutes for medium-rare doneness (140°F. to 150°F.). Let stand 5 minutes.
