  • 1 (1- to 1 1/4-pound) package Sutton & Dodge® Beef Sirloin Steak Petite
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Buy 1 package Sutton & Dodge® Beef Petite Sirloin Steaks.

  2. In small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water, mustard and hot sauce until smooth; reserve 1/4 cup for brushing on steaks. Pour remaining sauce into small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

  3. Prepare grill for direct medium heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Brush both sides of steaks with reserved 1/4 cup sauce. Lightly oil grill rack. Place steaks on grill. Cover; grill 9 to 11 minutes for medium-rare doneness (140°F. to 150°F.). Let stand 5 minutes.
