  • 1 package Sutton & Dodge® Beef Top Round Steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (1.4-ounce) package CHI-CHI'S® Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups hot, cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Buy 1 Sutton & Dodge® Top Round Steak.

  2. Coat 3-to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add steak and onion to slow cooker. In small bowl, stir together tomatoes and fajita seasoning; pour over steak and onion. Top with bell peppers. Cover; cook on LOW setting 6 to 7 hours or until beef is tender. In small bowl, whisk together cold water and flour; stir into steak mixture. Cook covered on HIGH setting 15 minutes longer or until thickened.

  3. Serve beef mixture with hot rice. Top with sour cream.
