  • 1 (2 3/4- to 3-pound) package Sutton & Dodge® Beef Brisket Trimmed Flat
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Step-by-Step

  1. Buy 1 package Sutton & Dodge® Beef Brisket.

  2. Heat oven to 325°F. Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Trim fat from brisket; place brisket in baking pan. In medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, liquid smoke and celery seeds until smooth. Stir in onion.

  3. Pour ketchup mixture over brisket; cover with aluminum foil.

  4. Bake 3 hours or until brisket is tender. Remove brisket from pan; thinly slice across grain. Whisk until smooth.

  5. Serve brisket with sauce.
