In small bowl, stir together all ingredients except steak.

In 13x9-inch baking pan, rub all surfaces of steak with spice mixture; cover. Refrigerate 5 to 8 hours.

Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat; position rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Lightly oil grill rack. Place steak on grill; cover. Grill, turning once, 6 to 8 minutes for medium-rare doneness (140°F. to 150°F.). Let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice across grain.

Serve steak with sautéed carrots and flatbread.
