Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (7-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, corn, egg and oil. Stir in SPAM® Classic.
  2. On greased griddle, pour batter using 1/3 cup for each pancake; cook over medium heat until browned on bottom. Turn and brown other side.
  3. Serve pancakes with maple or buttered pancake syrup or honey.
