  • 1 pound JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 (15-ounce) cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
  • 3 tablespoons dark molasses
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In 3-quart casserole, combine turkey ham, beans, diced onion, apple, molasses, brown sugar, mustard and allspice; mix well. Cover; bake 45 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerate up to 2 days.
  3. Stir water into casserole. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Or bake at 350°F. 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
