Ingredients

  • 1/2 package JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Cutlets, sliced in 1/4-inch-thick strips
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil over high heat. Stir in turkey; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 to 4 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center; drain. Toss turkey with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
  3. Spread remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over pizza crust, leaving 1-inch border. Arrange onion slices over sauce. Top with turkey, bell pepper and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until crust is dark golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro; cut into 8 wedges.
