This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 loaf ciabatta bread, other rustic Italian bread or baguette
1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 pound Jennie-O Turkey Store® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
4 leaves romaine lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 ounces Parmesan cheese, shaved or shredded
Directions
Slice ciabatta lengthwise. Spread 1/2 of dressing on bottom half of loaf; top with turkey, romaine and tomatoes. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with cheese; cover with top of bread. Secure sandwich with wooden picks; slice into 4 portions.
