Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup House of Tsang® Ginger Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (1-pound) package Sutton & Dodge® Beef Flank Steak

Step-by-Step

  1. Buy 1 package Sutton & Dodge® Flank Steak.

  2. In small bowl, stir together all ingredients except steak.

  3. In recloseable plastic food storage bag, pour marinade over steak; seal. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, 6 to 10 hours.

  4. Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat. Lightly oil grill rack. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Place beef on grill rack. Cover; grill 5 to 6 inches from heat source, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare doneness (140°F. to 150°F.). Let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice across grain.

  5. Serve steak with salad and sautéed peapods.
