Buy 1 package Sutton & Dodge® Flank Steak.

In small bowl, stir together all ingredients except steak.

In recloseable plastic food storage bag, pour marinade over steak; seal. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, 6 to 10 hours.

Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat. Lightly oil grill rack. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Place beef on grill rack. Cover; grill 5 to 6 inches from heat source, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare doneness (140°F. to 150°F.). Let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice across grain.
