Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cups JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Pinch ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • Hot, cooked noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions

  1. In large skillet, melt butter; add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Sauté 5 minutes. Remove vegetables, reserving drippings in skillet. Add turkey; cook until lightly browned. Stir in soup, salt, dillweed, paprika and cayenne.
  2. Return mushroom mixture to skillet. Add sour cream. Stir until hot. Serve over hot noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
