3 cups penne
1 (19.5-ounce) package Jennie-O Turkey Store® Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage, crumbled
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 package Hormel® Canadian Style Bacon, slices cut in half
1 (15-ounce) can pizza sauce
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup water
3/4 ( ) cup shredded pizza cheese blend or mozzarella cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 3-quart casserole with cooking spray.
Cook penne according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink; drain.
In large bowl, stir together penne, sausage mixture, bell pepper, Canadian bacon, pizza sauce, mushrooms and water. Spoon penne mixture into casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
