This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
1 package Jennie-O Turkey Store® Original Brats
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Mexican seasoning
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 (14.5-ounce) can chili- or salsa-style tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend or Cheddar cheese
Directions
In large saucepan, crumble brats; discard casings. Add onion, garlic and Mexican seasoning; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes. Add tomatoes, picante sauce and oregano; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 to 20 minutes longer or until thickened.
Transfer spaghetti to serving plates. Top with tomato sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
