Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 1/2 cups JENNIE-O® Classic Young Turkey Breast, cooked and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In pie plate, evenly pat stuffing to form crust, building up side to form edge. Sprinkle turkey, cheese and onion evenly over crust.
  3. In small bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard and pepper; mix well. Pour over onion mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
