Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 10 servings
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 5 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Coat 10 muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. In small bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs and milk with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Stir in shredded cheese and onions.
  3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup. Press firmly in bottom and up sides, forming 1/4-inch rim. Place half of bacon in bottom of dough-lined muffin cups. Spoon cheese mixture over bacon. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set and biscuits are golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven. Sprinkle each cup with remaining half of bacon; lightly press into filling. Remove biscuits from pan. Serve warm.
