Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned pepper. In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat; add 1/2 of pork chops. Cook, turning once, 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Repeat with remaining pork chops. Pour apple juice over chops; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes or until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove pork chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.

In large bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, onions, brown sugar, orange peel, cornstarch and cinnamon; pour into juices in skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in mandarin oranges.

Serve sauce spooned over pork chops.
