  • 1 (6-ounce) package pork or sage stuffing mix
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 apple (Braeburn or Granny Smith), cored and chopped
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (18.4-ounce) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Bone-In Center Cut Chops - Thin

Step-by-Step

  1. Coat 5-to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except pork chops.

  2. Spoon half of stuffing mixture into slow cooker. Top with pork chops.

  3. Spoon remaining stuffing mixture over pork chops; cover. Cook on LOW setting 6 to 7 hours or until pork chops are tender.
