Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 4 ounces spring salad greens
  • 1 pound Jennie-O Turkey Store® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut in strips
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Notes

  1. To make a wrap sandwich, toss together all ingredients; wrap, burrito-style, in 10- to 12-inch tortillas. Wrap in plastic and go! (These are best made right before eating. If you really need to make them in advance, don't add the salad dressing and substitute 1/2 cup dried cranberries for the grapes.) This salad mixture is also great on a baguette or in a French dinner roll.

Directions

  1. On each of 4 plates, layer salad greens, turkey breast, walnuts, grapes, cheese and onion. Drizzle salad with vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
