Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (1 3/4-pound) package Blue Ribbon® Beef Top Sirloin Steak
  • 1/4 cup country-style Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Buy 1 package Blue Ribbon® Beef Top Sirloin Steak.

  2. In small bowl, stir together mustard, horseradish, garlic, tarragon, salt and peeper. Divide mixture in half.

  3. Prepare grill for direct medium-high heat, positioning rack 5 to 6 inches from heat source. Lightly oil grill rack; cover. Grill steak 4 to 5 minutes; turn over. Coat grilled side of steak with 1/2 of mustard mixture; cover. Grill 4 to 5 minutes longer for medium-rare doneness (140°F. to 150°F.). Let stand 5 minutes.

  4. In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in remaining 1/2 of mustard mixture; mix well. Serve warm sauce over steak.

  5. Enjoy this steak with coleslaw with shredded carrots.
