Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Bacon
  • 1 loaf French bread, split horizontally
  • 3 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Deli Roast Beef
  • 1 slice Havarti cheese with jalapeños
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Notes

  1. Purchased stone-ground mustard can be used in place of the Ale House Mustard.

Directions

  1. To make Ale House Mustard, in small bowl, combine mustard, cider, maple syrup, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook bacon according to package directions; drain on paper towels.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup Ale House Mustard on cut sides of French bread. Layer roast beef, cheese and bacon on bottom half of French bread. Cover with top half of French bread.
