This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1/2 (16-ounce) loaf crusty French bread, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 (12-ounce) package Hormel® Natural Choice® Original Bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
1 cup thickly sliced cucumber halves
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
In bowl, toss together bread cubes and oil. Place bread cubes on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
In same bowl, combine bread cubes, bacon, cucumber, onion and tomatoes. Toss with vinaigrette.
