4 bake-and-fill crispy tortilla salad shells
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/3 cup water
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup Hormel® Chili With Beans
1 head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Directions
Bake tortilla salad shells according to package directions; cool.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until lightly browned; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Add chili. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
Divide lettuce evenly among salad shells. Top each salad with chili mixture and cheese.
