Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 6 prebaked Italian bread shells
  • 1 cup Hormel® Pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for direct heat.
  2. In bowl, whisk together oil and garlic. Brush one side of each bread shell with garlic oil. Top evenly with pepperoni and cheese.
  3. Place pizzas on grill on double-layer of aluminum foil; cover. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
