  • 1 package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 1 (4-ounce) package blue cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Cut pork loin into 1-inch-thick medallions.
  2. In shallow dish, place Worcestershire sauce. Dip each medallion in sauce to lightly cover both sides.
  3. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 10 minutes longer or until internal temperature of pork reaches 155ºF.
  4. Top each pork medallion with cheese; cover. Cook 2 minutes or until liquid is thickened and cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.
