1 package Hormel® Always Tender® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons light olive oil
1 (4-ounce) package blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Cut pork loin into 1-inch-thick medallions.
In shallow dish, place Worcestershire sauce. Dip each medallion in sauce to lightly cover both sides.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 10 minutes longer or until internal temperature reaches 155ºF.
Top each pork medallion with cheese; cover. Cook 2 minutes or until liquid is thickened and cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.
