Ingredients

  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, 10 inches
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Valley Fresh® White Chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
  • Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, orange peel and juice, seasoned salt and cayenne; mix well. Stir in dried cranberries, pecans and onion.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture in center of each tortilla. Top each evenly with chicken, bell pepper and lettuce. Roll up tortillas; secure with wooden picks.
