4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons chopped onion
4 CHI-CHI'S® Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, 10 inches
1 (10-ounce) can Valley Fresh® White Chicken, drained
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
Directions
In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, orange peel and juice, seasoned salt and cayenne; mix well. Stir in dried cranberries, pecans and onion.
Spread cream cheese mixture in center of each tortilla. Top each evenly with chicken, bell pepper and lettuce. Roll up tortillas; secure with wooden picks.
