This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 (8-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni
2 cups frozen Italian green beans or cut green beans, thawed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16-ounce) package frozen potato rounds
1 (2-ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1 (6-ounce) jar pimiento-stuffed olives
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, green beans, kidney beans and garbanzo beans; mix well. Pour into 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange potato rounds over cheese.
Bake casserole 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and potato rounds are golden brown.
Add olives and additional pepperoni slices to make barracuda features.
