Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
  • 12 slices Hormel® Natural Choice® Oven Roasted Deli Turkey
  • 4 slices Black Label® Bacon
  • 1 cup diced sweet potato
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Coat 12 miniature muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. Fit 1 slice turkey into each muffin cup. Bake 5 to 8 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
  3. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet; crumble.
  4. In same skillet, cook sweet potato, celery, onion, garlic, paprika and red pepper flakes in bacon drippings over medium heat, stirring frequently, 10 to 12 minutes or until sweet potato is tender. Stir in bacon.
  5. Fill each turkey cup evenly with bacon mixture.
