  • 2 (10-ounce) packages refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, divided
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced and divided
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon shredded or grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup DI LUSSO®, Pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves


  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease two baking sheets.
  2. Unroll dough; place on baking sheets. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 2 (12x8-inch) rectangles. With fingers, press indentations randomly over dough.
  3. Brush each rectangle with oil. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 2 cloves garlic and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, to make pizza dip, in microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 3 minutes; stir. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted; stir.
  5. Cut warm focaccia into triangles. Serve with warm pizza dip sprinkled with additional chopped green onion.
