Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 12 slices HORMEL® Microwave Ready Bacon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 6 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
  • 6 leaves bibb lettuce
  • 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 6 slices tomato

Directions

  1. Shape beef into 6 patties. Cook burgers until cooked through.
  2. Cook bacon according to package directions; drain on paper towels.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Top bottom half of each bun with lettuce, burger, cheese, tomato and bacon. Cover with top halves of buns.
