Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 slices Hormel® Natural Choice® Honey Ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 12-cup miniature muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In bowl, beat together eggs, egg whites and milk until foamy. Stir in ham, spinach and cheese.
  3. Fill muffin cups to rim with egg mixture. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until eggs are set. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
