Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 limes
  • 1 (27.2-ounce) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Citrus Flavored Pork Loin Filet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 bananas, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 onion, cut into 12 wedges
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut 1 1/2 oranges into quarters; slice quarters into 1/2-inch slices (about 12 slices). Juice remaining 1/2 orange. Cut 1 1/2 limes into quarters; slice quarters into 1/2-inch slices (about 12 slices). Juice remaining 1/2 lime.
  2. Alternately thread pork, orange slices, banana slices, lime slices and onion wedges onto 6 metal skewers.
  3. In small bowl, stir together marmalade, reserved orange and lime juices and hot sauce.
  4. Brush grill grate with oil. Prepare grill for medium heat.
  5. Brush skewers with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Place skewers on grill grate; cover. Grill, turning occasionally, 12 to 14 minutes. During last 5 minutes of grilling, brush skewers with marmalade sauce.
