Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Hormel® Black Label® Applewood smoked bacon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Coat 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Wash asparagus; break off tough ends where stalks snap easily. In bowl, toss together asparagus and oil. Spread in baking pan. Roast 15 minutes or until asparagus is crisply-tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon according to package directions; drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool. Sprinkle bacon over asparagus.
