This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 8 thin whole wheat 100-calorie sandwich rounds, split
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 4 pieces leaf lettuce
  • 1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli Turkey
  • 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 8 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Bacon, cooked crisply and cut in half
  • Alfalfa sprouts, if desired

Directions

  1. Spread one side of each sandwich round with guacamole.
  2. Top bottom half of each of 4 sandwich rounds with 1/4 each of lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomato, bacon and alfalfa sprouts. Cover with top halves of sandwich rounds.
