Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 CHI-CHI'S® Burrito Sauce w Ground Beef, Rice & Beans
  • 1/2 cup red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups hot, cooked white rice
  • 1 cup finely shredded Mexican blend cheese with taco seasoning
  • Salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat burrito sauce according to package directions.
  2. Stir kidney beans and black beans into burrito sauce. Cook 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
  3. Divide hot rice evenly among bowls; top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with CHI-CHI'S® salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
