This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 CHI-CHI'S® Burrito Sauce w Ground Beef, Rice & Beans
1/2 cup red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups hot, cooked white rice
1 cup finely shredded Mexican blend cheese with taco seasoning
Salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired
Directions
Heat burrito sauce according to package directions.
Stir kidney beans and black beans into burrito sauce. Cook 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
Divide hot rice evenly among bowls; top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with CHI-CHI'S® salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
