Ingredients

  • 1 cup garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup HORMEL® Real Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 6 CHI-CHI'S® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, chicken, bacon and shredded cheese; mix well. Spread chicken mixture evenly over tortillas. Fold tortillas in half.
  2. Heat griddle or large skillet; add quesadillas. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut each tortilla into wedges; serve with favorite Mexican toppings as desired.
