  • 1 (15.5-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® Salsa Con Queso
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) package CHI-CHI'S® Taco Sauce with Seasoned Shredded Chicken
  • 1 package CHI-CHI'S® Fajita Tortillas, cut into wedges
  • 3 medium bell peppers (green, yellow and/or red), cut into strips


  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In saucepan, combine salsa con queso, cream cheese and taco sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Transfer cheese mixture to small slow cooker or fondue pot to keep warm.
  3. Coat tortilla wedges on both sides with cooking spray; place on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve cheese dip with tortilla wedges and bell pepper strips for dipping.
