Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 24 servings
  • 1 cup garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa, drained
  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas

Notes

  1. For extra kick, you can substitute 1 cup jalapeño-flavored cream cheese for the vegetable cream cheese.

Directions

  1. In small bowl, stir together cream cheese, chicken and salsa. Gently stir until well mixed.
  2. Spread chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. Tightly roll up tortillas. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until serving time.
  3. Cut tortillas into 1-inch pieces to serve.
