  • 4 plums, pitted and diced
  • 2 tablespoons thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 (1/2-inch-thick) slices HORMEL® CURE 81® Boneless Ham

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine plums, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, jalapeño, cinnamon and ginger; mix well. Cover; let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
  2. Heat broiler. Broil ham 6 inches from heat source, turning once, 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Serve ham with plum salsa.
