  • 1 package CHI-CHI'S® Fajita Tortillas
  • 1 package CHI-CHI'S® Taco Sauce with Seasoned Ground Beef
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Mexican cheese blend with taco seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa


  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat miniature muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. With 3-inch cutter, cut each tortilla into 7 rounds. Gently press rounds in muffin cups; coat with cooking spray. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted and golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, cook taco meat according to package directions; spoon into each tortilla round. Top evenly with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
