This recipe is recommended for 24 servings
1 package CHI-CHI'S® 6 inch Fajita Tortilla
1 package CHI-CHI'S™ Taco Sauce with Seasoned Ground Beef
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 1/2 cups finely shredded Mexican cheese blend with taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat miniature muffin pans with cooking spray.
With 3-inch cutter, cut each tortilla into 7 rounds. Gently press rounds in muffin cups; coat with cooking spray. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted and golden brown.
Meanwhile, cook taco meat according to package directions; spoon into each tortilla round. Top evenly with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
