  • 1/2 (22-ounce) package frozen waffle fries
  • 1 package HORMEL® COUNTRY CROCK® Loaded Mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place fries on aluminum foil-lined baking pan; bake according to package directions. Five minutes before end of baking, heat mashed potatoes according to package directions. Remove fries from oven. Adjust oven to broil.
  2. Spoon mashed potatoes over top of each waffle fry; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Broil until golden brown. Sprinkle with onions, if desired. Serve immediately.
