Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons Herb-Ox® Chicken Instant Powder
  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
  • 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn with red and green bell peppers, drained
  • 2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, stir together water and bouillon. Add chicken and chili powder. Bring to a boil; cover. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Stir salsa and corn into saucepan; cook 3 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Ladle soup into bowls. Top with crushed chips and dollop of sour cream.
