Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 4 (6-ounce ) fish steaks (such as halibut, swordfish or tuna), 1 inch thick
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for medium heat.
  2. Grill fish 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily in center.
  3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine salsa, avocado and lime juice; mix well.
  4. Spoon avocado salsa over hot fish. Serve with cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
