Ingredients

  • 1 (19-ounce) can Hormel® Corned Beef Hash
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 3 large eggs

Directions

  1. In bowl, toss together hash and hot sauce.
  2. In large skillet, cook hash mixture over medium heat until heated thoroughly. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Make 3 indentations in hash; break egg into each. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
