Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 medium green apple, peeled, cored and coarsely grated
  • 1 package Little Sizzlers® Sausage Links, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 4 hot dog buns, split

Directions

  1. To make slaw, in medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir in carrots. Squeeze apple to remove any excess liquid; add to slaw. Stir to combine.
  2. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Pinch each sausage link into 4 pieces; roughly shape each piece into small meatball. Add to skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through; drain on paper towel.
  3. Spread mustard on cut sides of each bun. Fill with slaw and meatballs.
